Job Role and Responsibilities:

•          Identify sales opportunities

•          Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis

•          Generate leads for new business and customers

•          Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction

•          Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network

•          Market development, focus on developing relations and corporate tie-ups

•          Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices

Deliverables:

•          Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team

•          Achieve sales targets

•          Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them

•          Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

Sales Officer

Business Group: Retail Banking Group
Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager/ Branch Manager
Purpose of the Job

ICICI Bank offers a wide array of financial products like Savings Account, Current Account and Salary Account etc. to its customers in both rural and urban markets. Our Sales Officers are the first level of customer interaction who are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing clients by offering them other financial products. All Sales Officers are assigned specific product and a specific geography, wherein they can identify new customers for the given product.



Job Responsibilities 

·       Generate new customer leads through various channels
·       Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
·       Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
·       Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
·       Cross sell assets and fee products
·       Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank
·       Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
·       Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
·       Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

ICICI BANK RECRUITMENT Probationary Officers Programme 2017



Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB) Programme is an initiative of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal University. The Probationary Officers training programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities.


Programme Structure

The programme structure is as follows:
Term 1 (4 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
Term 2 (2 months) - Internship at ICICI Bank
Term 3 (2 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
Term 4 (4 months) - On-the-job training at ICICI Bank

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
Up to 25 years of age as on 31st December 2017 (Should have been born on or after 31st December 1991).
Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan and  project finance
Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring
Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
Maintain relationships with business banking to originate business
Manage relationship with the customers by increasing the book size
Manage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., working capital cycle of the company

Deliverables:

Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the bank
Perform various financing activities as per the customer’s requirement
Maintain number of current account (CA) balance
Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer
Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.

Retail business loans clients up to 20 cr portfolio size


Skills and Competencies:

Ability to negotiate deals,  along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
Strong sales and relationship management skills

Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance
Credit Knowledge: To assess the company’s financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company).
