Positions Reporting to Role: NA
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify sales opportunities
• Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
• Generate leads for new business and customers
• Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
• Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
• Market development, focus on developing relations and corporate tie-ups
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices
Deliverables:
• Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team
• Achieve sales targets
• Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them
• Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
Skills and Competencies:
• Asset product and process knowledge
• Ability to set priorities and deliver high standards of performance
• Ability to motivate a team to deliver results
• Ability to use data and logic to convince others, to articulate with conviction, ability to effectively communicate in order to influence
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation/ MBA
Location: Across India
